Video Analysis

Having coaches with elite video analysis  skills helps each athlete reach their top performance, while decreasing their risk of injury.
 
Every training program we create is customized to meet your individual needs. While multiple people may perform the same basic exercises, subtle variations may result in different exercise orders or versions for each person. Weights used will vary based on individual strength levels and the timing of their competitions throughout the year. 

We use video analysis to dive deeper into understanding how you are limiting your performance.  We can break down your movements skills to find what exercises you will benefit from, making your movements smoother, faster and more powerful.  Tiny-appearing changes can often be of huge benefit.  
 
Finally, our strength and conditioning programs are integrated with all the other services we provide and tailored to your needs. Our programs are tailored to helping each athlete reach their goals, taking into account whatever their position's demands and things like their injury history, rehab, tissue work, work/school load and nutritional needs might require.
