Strength and Conditioning

With our tools and expertise, we will help each athlete reach their highest level of potential, optimize their athletic performance, while decreasing their risk of injury.
 
All of our programs are designed to address the individual needs of each athlete.

Every training program we create is therefore tailored to the individual needs of the person using it.  Several people may use the identical program, in terms of the exercises performed, but differences in strength and individual needs might mean each use a different order or variation of the same exercise.  Each individual may use different weights based on their strength levels and the timing of their competitions throughout the year.

We have experience helping groups of athletes and full teams train together in the most efficient ways that allow each to complete a full workout within a tight schedule, as is typical for most teams.
 
Finally, our strength and conditioning programs are integrated with all the other services we provide.  For example, a person desiring improved speed will have weight workouts tailored to help achieve that, taking into account whatever position demands (e.g., goalies are different than forwards, receivers are different than linemen), injury history, rehab, tissue work, work/school load and nutritional needs might require.
