Nutrition

As we think of them, diets are ways of depriving the body of fuel so that it can have an appearance that others feel is attractive or athletic.  Just ask anyone in the middle of their diet how they feel, and you'll hear a different story!

All of our nutrition programs are built around the idea that food is fuel.  It's there to help us survive, thrive, maintain and promote health, and taste good so that we feel good about ourselves and our food choices.  

ATP nutrition is detailed, but simple to follow.  We meet with you to review YOUR needs, health and performance history and training/lifestyle background.  Then, we identify what types of food you enjoy eating, as well as those you dislike or have allergies to, or otherwise are unable to tolerate.  Then, and only then, do we create menus for you that provide simple-to-follow recipes (10 steps or less) using a small number of ingredients  (20 ingredients or less, with water, salt and pepper counting as three ingredients).  Each recipe is part of a personal recipe book, one that is tailored to YOUR needs and one that helps you meet your goals while maintaining and promoting your health and well being.

As an added benefit, ATP nutrition programs include a proven record of helping clients gain muscle mass and lose body fat, as a consequence of rational training and nutrition.
