We have a single contact point that is checked many times daily.  As such, direct contact messages should be returned within 24 hours in most cases.  This will be the portal from which all results, test information, date/facility changes and so on will be distributed.

For on-site training, we contact all scheduled clients to confirm each day's appointments within the 12 hours preceding the appointment.  We reserve the right to bill missed appointments unless notice is given with 24 hour notice, or with a medical excuse from a physician's office in the event that appointments are missed for health or other reasons. By appointment, we also will conduct off-site training sessions as well as provide reserved field-turf sessions at Rochester-area facilities.
